On this property we worked in with the builder with the landscaping of the rear of the property, with a new hot tub built into the deck with Kwila decking, we installed a new stormwater system, spouting, downpipes, a channel drain in front of the garage and a soak pit in the rear lawn to catch the stormwater drainage.
