This old Petone Villa got a full renovation and new build addition to the rear of the property. We worked closely with the builder and designer on this project.

We re-plumbed, the water, waste and gas for the whole house and added new pipework for the addition and installed new gas systems to the property.  Once that was completed we installed the fixtures for the brand new kitchen, bathroom, ensuite and laundry.

On this property we installed:

•  A new Rinnai Infinity A26 Natural Gas water heating system
• A full new gas and water main pipework system
• Full new stormwater and sewer drainage system
•  A new bathroom, ensuite and Laundry
• A new kitchen including new in-bench gas hob and island sink with dishwasher and filtered fridge water
